dear,
get him to a hospital where a tertiary care is available soon.
He is having alcohol induced encephalopathy and now in a stage of korsakoffs psychosis, where he has lost his memory due to alcohol toxicity and now cannot be recovered. He can lead to satisfactory life if out of coma, however memory problems and amnesia will persist.
i advice him tab thiamine 100 mg tds for five days.
thanks

regards
dr pankaj
