Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Lower Back

Hi,my name is Tom, I fall at work on january 8,workers comp denied my case i been out of work for 2 months my lower back have a big bump a little bit smaller than a golf ball,hurts a lot and 2 doctors said i have a pinch nerve i can t barely walk,what can that be? I can t control my urine.

Hello,
I need to know the exact site of the lump n also the consisitancy.
But whatever history you have given it seems to be haematoma after fall which is compressing nerve which controls urination.
You need to consult orthopedician do Xray n if needed MRI which will decide the further management.
