Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Knee
Hi I have severe pain in my right knee. It is sore to touch on the inside, just forward of the raised part and just below the mid line. I am 48 male. What could have caused this and what treatment please. Bending the joint bearing my weight is very painful. Thanks

It seems that there might be having some degenerative osteo-artheritis changes in joint giving this problem.
There might be having some degenerative changes in ligaments and in maniscus.
Go for x-ray knee joint.
Go for patellar and quadricep exercises.
Avoid more bending at the joint and avoid squatting position.
Ok and take care.
