Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Groin Area

Hi, i ride a road push bike and have a sore raised purple lump between my groin and inner thight. It is reoccuring. It looks like a blood blister or vessel is under stress And is very uncomfortable. Should i be concerned? Is there anything I can do to fix this issue, other than stop riding my bike? Thank you

Hi,I Reviewed your query.
The lump on your groin is sore and on inner thigh,is worry some as its recurring.It seems mostly a furuncle / boil,as its very uncomfortable.This lump is due to the heavy cycling and the probable friction causing bruises, leading to the painful lump in the groin.
You should be concerned as if it complicates to abscess stage, then it would stop your earnings from road push bike.
So take the treatment from ER doctor.
Hence I would advise you to consult ER Surgeon who would treat it after physical check up by anti-inflammatory and by antibiotics.
Still I would advise you to have a check up from your doctor to get the worry ruled out by a direct physical check up.
