Suggest Treatment For A Painful Bump On The Penis Shaft

Hi so I have just noticed that I have a lump type thing near the base of my penis and it hurts when squeezed. But when squeezed pus comes out. I m not sexually active and it happened before but I waited it out and it dissapeared. This time though there is a pain on the top left part of my groin which is very sensitive. What is this and what should I be doing

It is may be an infected hair follicle. This can sometimes be treated with a topical antiseptic and topical antibiotics.
The antiseptic would be used twice daily.

If it progresses then an abscess may form which is a localized collection of pus. This would require incision and drainage at your doctor's office.
Oral antibiotics may be needed
