Suggest Treatment For A Painful Bruise On The Right Thigh And Shoulder

Hi, I recently injured myself cleaning my bathtub. I fell and grabbed for the ledge in the tub to support myself. I fell anyway on the side of the tub. I have a huge bruise on my right thigh and my right shoulder is hurting bad. It makes noises when I try to move my arm which is also very painful. Do you think I should wait it out or go to see a doctor??

Hi there

I've read your query and I understand your concern

I would like to like tell you , bruise generally gets resolves by itself with time. You can use ice packs on the injured area and can take over the counter pain killers.

But it's advisable for you to personally consult a doctor because you might need an X-Ray of your injured shoulder or a CT scan for a proper evaluation of the injury.

Hopefully this will answer your query.
Wish you Good Luck
