Suggest Treatment For A Painful Blister On The Buttock
I have spmething on my left buttock and I don t know what it is, it hurts when i walk and sit, it almost looks like some kind of blister I don t know what it is and it sevely hurts, we are traveling back home from the Philippines back to the United States and I don t want it to hurt while im on the plan
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.
From what you are describing, this might be a case of possible anal abscess/fissure or fistula. As you are planning to travel back to United States by plane, I recommend to go to ER there in Philippines and get it checked there. Ask to prescribe some temporary medications to relieve your pain until you go back to US.
For the moment, I can advise to keep good local hygiene and take OTC anti-inflammatory meds/painkillers like ibuprofen or mephenamic acid.
Wish fast recovery! Dr.Albana
