Hello,

A few probable causes of a movable lump on your daughter's back are sebaceous cyst, lipoma, neurofibroma, epidermoid cyst, ganglion, fibroma or melanoma.

The lump is to be examined by a health care professional and any investigations like biopsy may be necessary for specific diagnosis. Lump is to be excised though it is painless in order to avoid any malignant transformation. Please do consult a physician for further evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
