Suggest Treatment For A Lump On The Neck

Good Morning sir,

2-months back suddenly in the evening I saw a soft lump over my left neck above the collor bone. I was astonished, I had a pinpoint sessation in the middle like chilley. I cleared the place with dettol. Next day I visited the doctor. They game me cietrizentab. and done FNAC test. It was un conclusive. The lump is not settleing down. Please help. I am restless.

I reviewed all the details of your query,in context of the soft lump in left neck above collar bone.

Based on the facts of your query,You seem to have Boil,as it developed overnight with a soft lump above collar bone with a pinpoint chilly like sensation in the middle,which implies boil with pointing head in middle.
The cause of worry is because this lump is not settling down
These lumps could be due infective URTI / or could be Cold abscess,due to TB adenitis.
To rule out these possibilities you need to get the Complete blood test/ESR/Interferron Gamma-release assay(IGRA) for latent TB infection.Possibility of NHL/ HL lymphom needs to be ruled out by CT and Excision biopsy with Histopath studies by a Surgeon/ENT Surgeon,as the and FNAC Biopsy of this neck lymph nodes has come inconclusive.
