Suggest Treatment For A Lump In The Thigh

i have a marble sized lump on my inner thigh a couple inches from the crease of my leg. Being from a medical family I tried to drain it n got a little but the lump is still there n don t feel anything when I pieced it with a needle over an inch deep. Any ideas as to what it is and what I should do? Not painful or sensitive tobthe touch. Kinda hard.

Hi. It could be a lipoma or a lump of fat cells-adipose tissue. If your Doctor examines it he will be able to tell you with reasonable surity. If there is still a doubt you can undergo an FNAC which is a test done by inserting a needle and extracting some cells from the lump and then examined under a microscope to know what it is. But I dont think that would be necessary. Take care.
