Suggest Treatment For A Light Brown Rash In The Throat

I have a light brown dark circle on the roof of my mouth closer to my throat. My doctor asked me to see my dentist, which I did. He said that it was nothing that I also had other black marks throughout the inside of my mouth. I m concerned that he did not do any further test to rule out anything that could be deadly like cancer. Do you think I should see someone else.

Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history and concerns.
Since you have already many black spots in the oral cavity, it possible that they are innocuous and not of any clinical significance unless you have associated intestinal or sinus problems.
The light brown circle on the palate could have been due to hot food stuck if of short duration
.
It can be a hemangioma if of a long duration.
I would advise you the folowing:
Take a second opinion of another ENT OR ORAL surgeon to get a correct diagnosis and proper treatment if need be.
You may require an MRI if hemangioma is suspected.
