Suggest Treatment For A Large Painful Bump Near The Anus

I have a 20 yr old young man with a large, painful boil near his anus. He s been to ER other day given antibiotic and told he cld come back at later time for them to lance. It s extremely painful, he feels sick, threw up earlier, and needs to have a be but can t because of it. What sld we do?

Thanks for your query.
After having gone through the problem in your query, I am of the opinion that he is apparently having abscess around the anus.

He needs to be examined by a surgeon for proper assessment and the abscess has to be drained surgically under anesthesia.
Since most of these abscesses are caused by a perianal fistulas, if found the peri anal fistula should also be excised completely to prevent the recurrence.
