Suggest Treatment For A Knot In Hip After Injury

Hey, good afternoon. I m writing to inquire about a hip injury of mine, I had what felt like a hip strain in the interior groin region that kept moving it s way out to now my lower back and glute, but in the crease of my leg basically front of hip there is a tight not painful to the touch in the crease there is a very apparent pulse in the area not sure if it is an artery or what the visible to the eye knot is

Hi there... May i know your age Sir/Madam? Did you have fall/ twist your limb somewhere? I would suggest, if the answer is no to a fall and its a strain, you can rub in aliniment of dicofenac/ aceclofenac with menthol in it... It should give you soothing relief.And drink lots of water and you need to give the hurting limb some rest.Take care
