She might have developed gastritis because of the acute stress she had. The next possibility is considerations of medicine side effect For heart she is with a combo medicine of clopidogrel and aspirin which she is taking in the morning. Aspirin can produce gastritis but very important now because heart has to be saved Meet a doctor in person and get an opinion.If I have a patient like this in my outpatient department i would give an anti ulcer drug and manage the pain so that she will continue to get goodness of blood thinners(aspirin and clopidogrel). As a home remedy give your mother small frequent bland diet. Do not worry about high cholesterol and triglycerides doctors have given medicine for the same and it will come down to normal. Take care
