General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The Follicular cyst can be resolved without treatment as well. However, you can take prescribed hormonal pill up to three months to wait for cyst to resolve.

If after a three-month cyst doesn't resolve than removal can be done through laparoscopy if it is a symptomatic cyst or else don't worry if the size is small.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
