Suggest Treatment For A Dry Rash On The Thigh

Hey, so for the past two weeks ive had a raw rash type thing where my underwear rub between my crotch and thigh. It also is always moist no matter how many times I dry it. How do I clear up the raw rash and prevent it from coming back? I can barely do anything without my legs having to be extremely wide open. Please help me!!

Hello, you have intertrigo, and it is extremely important to keep the region dry
so, apply Flucos powder on the area thrice daily, wear loose clothes
use eumosone-M cream locally on the area twice daily
Take tab levocetrizine 5 mg at bedtime
and if u r overweight, thn it is a good idea to loose some, to avoid rubbing of the creases.
