Suggest Treatment For A Bump On The Head

Hi, I have a bump that hurts on the lower skull of my head and it is sore. I have been diabetic for 44 years and I have had cysts and boils and about everything else. This bump moves under my skin but I don t get headaches. What could this be. Should I have my Doctor check it out. I pay so much for Doctor care now I try to avoid going if it is something that will just break open. Thanks Linda
