Suggest Treatment For A Bump On The Arm

Hi, I have a bump with bruise in the antecubital area of my arm. Woke up with it this morning. I don t remember hurting my arm yesterday. I m a little concern because of the area where the bump is. It also hurts a little. Is this something I need to go to the emergency for?

I really appreciate your concern, allergic condition could be the reason and it can be given try with Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, and local steroid like Beclomethasone, if these fails to work then it is better to see the ER hope this information helps.
