Suggest Treatment For A Brownish Spot In The Chin Area
My son has a brownish type spot on his face from the corner of his mouth down to his chin. It looks like dirt or like a dark purple juice has been dried on his face for a couple of days. I tried washing with soap, water and a face cloth. I tried rubbing off with alcohol. It is still there. What can this be?

His symptoms could be suggestive of a possible local bleeding under his skin. Maybe he has fallen with his face or someone has hit him in this region. In such case, the color will change spontaneously in the next days to yellow green and then vanish.
