Suggest Treatment For A Boil On The Lower Buttock Area

Hi Doctor. I ve had a boil on my lower buttock area for almost 2.5 months now. Culture shows e.coli bacteria. I ve been on Levaquin, augmentin and neither is helping. 2 weeks ago I got a shot of Rocephin for a different boil in groin, that tested for e.coli..that cleared up nicely. A recent cyst appeared in my labia area... All cysts / boils are on my right side. Help. Thanks

Considering this,there may be some more extensive perianal and genital inflammation disease with perianal fistulas. So you should do MRI scan if pelvis to see how spread these fistulas and boils are.
