Suggest Treatment For A Bartholin S Abscess

I have recurrent bartholoin abcess problem , 6 months past i had marsupilization done for the same. but suddenly last night i am having pain , itching and small inflammation at the same place again. could you please guide me what to do . I have till now tried with wiping the infected place with hot water and planning to take metronidazole and amoxicilin . Will it be Ok to take these antibiotics as i am having very slight inflammation only?

Yes it can be take in initial phase of inflammation,however if pain and swelling progress,you should see surgeon since incision and drainage may be required in some cases.
