Suggest Treatment For UTI

I am fairly certain I have a UTI but cannot get to primary physician for urine culture until morning. I have had mild to now moderate symptoms for 2 -3 days. Is this something that can wait until morning or should see emergency room care tonight? Too, is drinking water & cranberry juice sufficient home care until morning? Thank you.

you have not given full information about you and disease. mean gender, age and symptoms are recurrent or first time. but i will try my best to help you

There is no need of emergency in UTI and culture immediately if the symptoms are not severe and first time. if fever, than take paracetamol 500mg but don't take any other medicine like antibiotics without consultation. you can drink as much water and juice as you can. it will help full and supportive.if UTI confirm on consultation than 3-7 antibiotic will be needed for treatment. if recurrent and complicated UTI, than it will take fortnight to resolve it.
