Suggest Treatment For UTI, Lower Back Pain And Heartburn

I have a mild pain in my left flank/lower back area which has been there for going on three weeks. I went to urgent care and was diagnosed with UTI. Took antibiotics for the time prescribed, the pain was a little better but has returned. It s stronger when I twist or bend toward the left, it almost feels as though the pain is going up my back, in the kidney area. I ve not done anything to injure it. Not tender to the touch. 3 weeks in and now feeling hungry, having heartburn more often. Should I be concerned... what could it be?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have urinary tract infection. Your back pain is due to that. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination and ultrasound abdomen. If needed go for urine culture and sensitivity test. Then take antibiotics accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin is useful. You should take ibuprofen and proton pump inhibitors like pentoprazol or rabeprazole also.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
