Suggest Treatment For RSD And Constipation Due To Opioid Use

I am chronically ill with Reflex sympathetic Dystrophy and have had issues with constipation due to opoid use. it has just started to irritate my solar plexus and my body reads it as a huge flare and I end up in the hospital. I use Nasal Ketamine to control the pain instead of opoids if I can but now I am wondering if the Ketamine causes the constipation too???
