Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. You are very young. Obsessive-compulsive disorder treatment may not result in a cure, but it can help you bring symptoms under control so they don't rule your daily life. Some people need treatment for the rest of their lives.

The two main treatments for OCD are psychotherapy and medications. Often, treatment is most effective with a combination of these. You are already having medicines. You may consult a psychotherapist / psychologist for further advise on psychotherapies.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.

Psychologist Dr. Maya Bajpai's  Response
Thanks for writing.OCD is an illness which can be better controlled by medicines along with Psychotherapy.I would suggest you to seek some Psychologist's help along with your medication for better control over the disorder. You should not leave or taper medication without your doctor's advice otherwise it would be quite difficult to recover.
As soon as you are able to control the symptoms with help of both therapies your doctors itself taper and stop the medication.
