hi Doctor,am a 24 year old female,i had OCD a few years ago but now am treated from it,i have a problem is that i dont want to feel happy,i think being happy is guilty and i always feel uncomfortable like its not my right to feel happy,i dont know whats wrong with me i want to be normal like others,to feel happy and sad at diffrent times,thanks you for your help and time.

there must be some reason / incidents in your life that may have negative impact on your thinking / psychology. may be you are not able to forget that "something" which keeps on provoking your symptoms. you may consult a clinical psychologist for your evaluation and to desensitize you with the help golf CBT and ERP.
