Suggest Treatment For Lyme Disease

Hello. I have Lymes and as u can imagine, its a long ordeal with lots of health issues. One that is making me miserable, is sinus issues. Had them for at least a year and a half and its been pretty constant, all year around. It looks like I got Lymes about 2 years ago. My sinuses are always either and/or sore, burning, sensitive, stuffy and causing me lots of dizziness. It that something that seems to come along with Lymes, and what on earth do I do? decongestants just make me more dizzy. I am prone to migraines, and this seems to be a trigger.
