Suggest Treatment For Lyme Disease Symptoms

My son tested positive for lyme disease. Four bands were positive. He has been on antibiotic treatment for two weeks and nothing has changed. We went to the doctor because he is experiencing sensitivity to sound and light, gasto issues, etc. Any ideas?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Lyme disease require 4-5 week antibiotic treatment.
I think you have did test early and cause positive result.
I would suggest to go for CSF fluid test to rule out the meningitis.
Continue to take antibiotic 1-2 week more under advise of gynecologist.
Take proper rest, drink plenty of water and eat healthy diet.
Hope this may help you
