Hi,welcome to HCM. LBBB has a potential to cause complete heart block .The severity of this can be evaluated through a baseline EKG and Electrophysiological study. Drugs like adenosine and amiodarone can be used in such circumstances. Inresistant cases, radiofrequency ablation can be used to treat this condition. Maintainence of blood pressure within the normal limits is vital for preventing its progression.Consult your cardiologist for further queries. Thank you
