General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Doing a secretions culture is a good idea in order to choose the right antibiotics. Ceftriaxone is seen to be used in klebsiella pneumonia successfully even as monotherapy. You also can use Clenil aerosol in order to help her heal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
