Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
It's not clear what causes irritable bowel syndrome, treatment focuses on the relief of symptoms. Following steps should be taken

1. As you have been diagnosed as having lactose Intolerance, you should avoid milk and dairy products such as curd, cheese, yoghurt, etc. Dairy products are easily added in processed foods, therefore you should be careful while taking any item without reading the ingredients.
2. Reduce high-gas foods such items as carbonated beverages, vegetables — especially cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower.
3 .You are sensitive to fructoseor fructose intolerance which are found in certain grains, vegetables, fruits such as wheat, rye, barley, onion, garlic, apples, apricots, avocados, blackberries, cherries, etc. In some patient avoiding these food especially fruits shows improvement in symptoms
4.Taking fiber supplements, such as psyllium or methylcellulose, with fluids may help .
5.Anti-diarrheal medications such as loperamide, can help control diarrhea. However you could take Sporolac & immodium as long as prescribed
6.Anticholinergic and antispasmodic medications such as hyoscyamine and dicyclomine, can help relieve painful bowel spasms.

Refer to your physician
Don't worry you would be fine
Hoping your query is solved.
