Hello and welcome to HCM,
A history of hypothyroidism (as suggested by your medication for hypothyroidism) explains you hair fall and thin skin.
Hypothyroidism is characterised by hair fall and thinning of skin.
Other symptoms include weight gain, decreased appetite, lethargy, fatigue, menstrual abnormalities etc.
Since, you have approached menopause, estrogen and progesterone hormones have been prescribed as hormone replacement therapy.
Continue with your hormonal therapy and drugs for hypothyroidism.
The drugs for hypothyroidism will relieve the symptoms of hair fall and thinning of skin.

Thanks and take care
