Suggest Treatment For IBS And Dizziness
just looking to find out why im always tired. i have 3 children i take care of all day starting at 6 in the morning till they go to sleep at 7pm. ive been diagnoised with ibs so i didnt know if that has to do with anything or not. i also get dizzy at times when i stand up to the point im about to pass out and sometimes the feeling n my hand goes numb

from you history i think you have an anxiety disorder.
anxiety disorders are sometime associated with ibs.
i shall prescribe you to take alprazolam low dose every night,and multivitamin combination.
check your BP.if it is low then consult your physician..
