Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms seem to be related to acid reflux.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Use antacids for stomach pain
-Lose weight
-Avoid foods known to cause reflux.
-Eat smaller meals.
-Do not lie down after eating.
-Elevate your bed.

Hope my answer was helpful.
