Hi
From your descriptions with quoting of doctor's opinion, your lesion seems to be a sebacious cyst and it's a benign (harmless).
So follow your doctor's advice.
But if there any drastic increments in size/ pain/ bleeding may warrent urgent intervention including a histopathological examination to rule out complications.
Continue HAART
Don't worry

Thank you
