Suggest Treatment For Extremely Painful Large Bumps Of Feet

Large bumps random. Extremely painful. Cannot walk on them. Feels like walking on a large rock. Mostly around the arches or side of feet Especially after walking on beach or on uneven surfaces. Usually goes away within 12 hours. Started about 4 years ago. They throb, very hot, and sizes rang from a quarter to a ping pong ball. Usually appears in both feet at once.

It can be an infected corn or abscess. Can you attach a picture in the follow up query so that we can make a clinical diagnosis. Surgical curettage or excision will be the treatment of choice.
