Suggest Treatment For Barrett S Esophagus

I have had chronic post nasal drip and back of throat drainage on the right side of my of my throat behind my tongue and right tonsil. My throat itches or is sore and causes me to cough often, at times for so long and hard that I throw up clear stringy fluid. This has been happening sometimes three times a day since October 2015. I have tried multiple anti-allergens and the only one that helps my throat and cough attacks any is Benadryl. I have to take stronger and stronger doses and it does not always work. These coughing attacks get so bad and are so frequent I have stop all my social activities for fear of an attack. My Doctor has been trying different anti-allergens but they do not work as well as the Benadryl. I have been diagnosed as having Barrett s esophagus and since my throat does not seem to be healing, I am getting worried. My right ear itches and aches frequently and often after the irritation in my throat causes me to go into a coughing attack, my nose starts to run profusely. Any new insight you can provide as to what is causing this would be greatly appreciated. Monitoring for possible allergen triggers has not been successful. Thanks, Susan
