Suggest Treatment And Diet Plan For Antral Gastritis

I am diagnosed with antral gastritis. Though I am on medication, I still feel fullness in my stomach & I don t have an appetite. I just eat my food for the sake of eating. I get burps & hiccups on & off. I am also feeling very tired & exhausted. What treatment/diet would you suggest?

I suggest you the following diet:
-Use high-fiber foods such as apples, oatmeal, broccoli, carrots, and beans.
-Use low-fat foods such as fish, chicken, and turkey breast.
-Eat vegetables.
