Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that if her uric acid is normal then she must take green vegetable, pulses and chicken and high calcium and iron rich diet.

Calcium never decreases hemoglobin level, it is myth. She can use olive or castor oil for massage.

Apart from this she must take medication for Rheumatoid arthritis. For this consult to Rheumatologist.

When pain is unbearable then go for physiotherapy. At normal time do exercise.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
