Hi Mr. Ganesh
You have high triglyceride levels, borderline increased cholesterol levels and low HDL. There are many probable cause which may include obesity, diabetes, excess alcohol consumption, smoking, high stress levels, high carbohydrate and high fat diet, Physical inactivity etc.
In my opinion along with the medicine Lipanthyl 200 prescribed by your doctor, you should start with a healthy diet i.e. having more of fruits, vegetables, legumes and whole grains in your diet. cut down on sweets, bakery products and packaged food.Select milk and dairy products that are either fat free or low fat. Cut down on sugar. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Include physical activity in the form of brisk walking atleast for 30-45 minutes daily
