Critical Care Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
I would recommend you to follow up with a nephrologist, and discuss the undergiven possibilities:
1. Starting or increasing the erythropoietin (eprex) for his Hb%
2. Better glycaemic control, either modifying doses, or switching to insulin
3. Consider and possible planning for transplant (over time)

Where do you live? You can contact at National Kidney centre, Dhaka, they are good at it, or BSMMU.

Regards
