U would seek you option on the below
In 1991 I had experience fits and started medication, till today
Eptoin 100 mg 3 tablets per day
Vakparin 200 mg 1 tablet a day
Y/day I have checked the eptoin level and to my surprise the result was
Phenytoin (Serum/Chemiluminescence) 0.9 against the ref of Therapeutic range: 10 - 20 ug/ml
I have also stopped the medication immdtly pls adv me how to proceed

In my opinion you should first consult neurologist for this. As your anti epileptic drugs are very low dose. So fresh EEG, neurologist opinion and duration since last fits is needed. If your eeg is normal and no fits for 2-3 years than you can gradually decrease the medicines. But neurologist opinion needed.
