Suggest Topical Medicines For Itchy Red Rashes/bite

Woke up with three brilliant red bites on each leg. Each circle has a tiny yellow center. They are raised and itchy. One leg feels hot most of the time and I then get an all over heat then chilled. Seem to be fatigued as well. Any topical product to help or over counter medicine. Could these bites be bedbugs?I did not have these bites when I went to sleep.

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is papular urticaria or insect bite hypersensitivity. You should try to use mosquito nets as much as possible. Topical mild steroid cream like mometasone over the affected area may help. Oral antihistamines like fexofenadine may also be used if itching is persistent. Regards
