Hello! I read carefully your question and understood your concern. I think that all these symptoms are caused by the large stroke, causing a big damage to her brain. The fact that she refuses to be fed by the nurses may be a sign of depression or negativism which is very often after a massive stroke. The eye problems may be caused by the damage to the brain areas responsible for the eye movements. Unfortunately there is not much you can do to improve this. I would recommend a lot of physiotherapy. I would recommend to consult her with a psychiatrist. I think that an antidepressant would be very helpful to her situation.
