Psychiatrist 's  Response
When a patient with complaints such as yours comes to me, I find that it is often due to misunderstandings about nightfall. You should understand that it is a natural phenomenon and doesn't by itself cause any harm. Your weakness and aches & pains may be due to several things including nutritional deficiency etc. If you continue to get these symptoms over next several days along with sleep and appetite problems as well as overall sad mood, you should see a psychiatrist. If you are getting suicidal thoughts, you should go to psychiatrist immediately.
Hope this helps.

Psychiatrist Dr. Seikhoo Bishnoi's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

Nocturnal emission is a common problem in a number of adults. In most of individuals this occurs due to lack of intercourse or lack of masturbation. Nightfall doesn't result in loss of power or potency so please don't take stress for that. The problem of weakness, depression, loss of studies, weakness, pains in arms etc are occurring due to that stress only. Try to avoid that stress. If these symptoms of depression persist then consult a psychiatrist for counselling and reassurance. Low doses of any anti anxiety drug would reduce these depressive symptoms and you will feel relaxed.

Thanks, hope this helps you. Take care
