Suggest Therapy For Anxiety & Stress

I've been feeling weird lately.. For the past few months I've been having crazy thoughts like someone was going to shoot me, hurt me, rob the store that I work at.. even things as weird as someone was going to throw an explosive into my window while I was sleeping. After these unprovoked thoughts, I'd become anxious and nervous.. I feel like I have to do everything 'smooth' because someone was watching me, and if I messed up they would laugh at me.. I've also been holding alot of grudges against people for simple things.. like a lady that tossed her ciggarette on the concrete where I just swept an hour ago, and I kept feeling intense anger and wanting to yell at her, along with imaginations of yelling at her and the outcomes.. What's going on?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
I can understand your concerns.
I think these unprovoked thoughts which coming in your mind are pointing towards OCD.
A more detailed history of symptoms would be required.
You can visit your nearest psychiatrist for that.
Any how, you can practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation. To some extent, This will help to keep your mind calm.

Thanks
