Suggest The Right Time To Take Rebamipide 100 Mg Tablet

I have been prescribed Rebamipide 100 mg tablet 3x/day for 5 days for my suspected acute acid reflux. However, am not sure WHEN it is supposed to be taken: SHOULD it be BEFORE (empty stomach) meals or AFTER (full stomach) meals? Aside from this Rebamipide, I am also taking 40 mg of Nexium (Esomeprazole) 1 tablet a day at least 30 mins before breakfast.

Rebamipide is commonly prescribed to protect the lining of the stomach from the harmful effects of stomach acid.

The tablets should be preferably taken in the morning, evening and before bedtime (three times daily)

It may be taken before or after food however to reduce stomach discomfort, take Rebamipide with meals or snacks.

Whereas, to ensure its maximum effects nexium should always be taken 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast or the largest meal of the day.

Hope I have answered your query.
