Hello,

I can underrated your concern for painful round ring on your back.

In dermatological problems it is quite important to have a close look at the affected areas. There can be multiple possibilities of the round ring and without the aid of visualization it is quite impossible to guide the best medications.

I suggest you to meet a dermatologist and get yourself examined closely. In many a cases we require biopsy of skin to rule out the exact cause.

You can take a pain killer tablet such as paracetamol till you meet your treating dermatologist.

All the best.
