Suggest The Dosage Of Thyronorm For A 27-year-old

My age is 27 and i have been taking thyronorm over 10 yrs. My current dosage is 75 mcg. My TSH is 0.61, i got it tested in may. Simltaneously I am also take homeopathy for my TSH & CoQ10 supplement . Should i reduce my dosage as recently i am having a lot of hairfall & my hair has become dry. Also i have lost weight (2-3 kgs, but i am happy about it). Please do suggest.

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Here your TSH level is 0.6...
Usually aim is to keep it between 2 to 3...
If same dose continued than chance of secondary hyperthyroid can be there by high dose of thyroxine ...

So reduce dosage after discussing with your physician ...
50 mg maintainance dosage will be enough ....
Than regular TSH monitoring done according to that dose adjusted ..
