Suggest Tests To Confirm STD

17 years old 6ft 165 pounds and no medical history. I'm worried I might have an STD but I'm to scared to tell anyone or go see a doctor. I have a weird looking circle thing on my punic area, and I have had muscle cramps and I feel like I'm twitching a little bit.

Thank you for query the symptoms mentioned are not related to HIV.the cirlces may be fungal infection.Use loose cotton clothes.Keep area dry.Apply antifungals like terbinafine which is fungicidal.Once subsides use regularly antifungal dusting powders like candid or absorb powder to prevent recurrence.
If you had intercourse and used condom you are saved from most of the STDs like HIV,Gonorrhea, syphilis etc.You can get some stds which can also get transmitted by skin to skin contact.
The symptoms of STD you can look for are any rash, vesicles, redness, in genitals, urethral discharge, itching or burning in area,Inguinal lymph node swellings etc.
If you have any symptoms you can consult doctor they will investigate you by local examination, urine or discharge sample lab examination, blood tests if required, biopsy if required etc.
If you do not have any symptoms you need not bother .You can get back to me for any clarifications with the photos and details.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist
